Surcingle

Surcingles are typically made from either a tough nylon material or durable, stylish leather. Depending on your needs and budget, one may be a better choice than the other! Nylon surcingles for horses are, in general, more affordable and require less maintenance. Leather surcingles are usually reserved for showing and eventing and require a little more upkeep to maintain that glossy, timeless leather shine. The added rings are usually made from a sturdy, polished metal that is attached to different reins or lines depending on the purpose of your surcingle and training needs. Both types of horse training surcingles are great additions to your tack collection, whether you are a competitive or casual rider.
