Pessoa

A Pessoa is a type of training aid used in horse riding to encourage the horse to work in a rounded and balanced frame. It's named after its inventor, Nelson Pessoa, a Brazilian equestrian. The Pessoa system is designed to help the horse develop proper muscling, engagement of the hindquarters, and self-carriage, which are important aspects of correct dressage and jumping techniques.
